Found this through my poor Spotify trying desperately to find what I might like to listen to. Not at all my normal type of music but it actually made me stop and listen. Delightful from beginning to end. It's gone onto my DAP to become part of my normal rotation of music. vonvanna

Wonderfully spectral guitar songs from Rob Byrd have the subtlety and beauty of the quiet parts of post-rock songs, all tension and mood. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 3, 2022

I love The Device Part 1 and Part 2 because it hits two of my deepest nostalgia buttons.
The listening to these two tracks in particular, parts of it make me think of Doom 2, which I played for a lot of my childhood. Parts of it make me think of classic Starcraft, which I played with my friends in high school. And parts of it sound like a beautiful marriage of those two sounds, and it just makes me happy. whimsy_floof
